Not every move has to go 100% perfectly to earn 5 stars.
We hired Sebastian Movers to load a pod at our house. The 3 men who helped were polite and worked hard. The only issue was that one of the men spent a good bit of time directly loading boxes into the pod, rather than creating the "furniture base" that was mentioned earlier by the first helper. The most experienced packer saw this and had to spend time rearranging this work.
At the end of the day, I talked to the owner and he gave me what I felt was a fair discount off the total time due to this double work that had to be done.
I will be using them again when we unload the pod in March next year.

Our movers arrived on time and got right to work. Both movers were very easy to work with and professional. They completed the job within the estimated time frame (2 movers for 2 hours). I've moved a BUNCH in my fifty years (14+ times)... these two gentlemen were average from what I've see in the past. Steady, kept working, but not a lot of "hustle". I would use them again.

Kenny and Jose were fantastic and I would highly recommend them. They were on time and worked non stop. They were careful to wrap up all my furniture and were excellent in maximizing my Pods space. I will ask for the two of them again. This is my first move and Sebastian came thru with two great movers!!! I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience.
