This was a unique job as the shipment that the team unloaded was solid wood office furniture and was very heavy. The team did a great job and was very flexible to meet our schedule.

Refusing to refund for 3 hours of estimated, but unused time. Over $400. For anyone looking at this, a word of advice: book the 2hr minimum, but nothing more.

Our helpers were on time, called the night before to confirm, completely prepared for the job, worked non-stop until we were done (ahead of time).
