The team arrived 2.5 hours late with no dolly. We had confirmed the dolly with the Service Provider the night before. We were told they were not the original scheduled team. We provided 4 bags of uhaul pads(24).They did not use even 1/2 of them. Many scratches and gouges on wood surfaces after the move. I have opened all boxes and have not found my box of Mac-Kenzie-Childs and other higher end home goods (Anthropologie). I do not recommend.

All 4 gentlemen were helpful, kind, and cared about my belongings. They were efficient but still took their time to do it correctly. 100% recommend Jordon, Trevor, Matt and Sage.

What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide required training for Assembly and Disassembly. We provide our crew members with proper heavy object lifting techniques and tools and train them accordingly to their use. We train them on techniques for navigating large, heavy, or complicated objects around and through tight spaces.
