After 7 years in business, our goal at Helpful Movers has always been to make your move as stress free as it can be, all of our crews are courteous, polite, and helpful with anything needing to be done. We always treat your items with the utmost care just like they were our own. We disassemble/reassemble furniture except reassembly of cribs and bunkbeds due to safety. We cover anywhere from Seattle to Olympia to Bremerton. We offer out of state moves and we can also supply a company truck for in state moves if needed, please call for pricing. Jared and Donovan were the two fellows who helped us on our move and absolutely 5 stars! Arrived right on time and we’re totally workhorses for 3 hours straight. Total pros when it came to packing out POD well! And super nice and professional to boot!

The team showed up a few minutes early and came ready to work. They seemed experienced and like they knew what they were doing. They worked expeditiously and finished the job in the allotted time. Unfortunately, all the furniture could not fit in the truck; it seems like they could have fit it all but I trust that they know best when it comes to the amount that should be loaded into the vehicles. Unfortunately, I have to go back and pick up the remaining items with my car. My big TV was broken, but it was not in a box. I know these things happen when moving and there's only so much you can expect.
The workers, though seemingly nice people, could have displayed better manners. We were moving from a luxury apartment building, close to other units. One was loudly belching several times, both in my home and in the hallway. Additionally, they would unnecessarily yell at us from down the hallway for things like updates that could have waited the ten seconds until they got back to the unit. This was disruptive to my neighbors. Also, I regret leaving this in my review but I think honest feedback is important, two of the three workers had a strong body odor, which made things a bit unpleasant for us.
Overall they did a decent job, but more of an emphasis on professionalism could have led to a much better experience.

Erskin and Donovan did a great job switching king with huge heavy headboard and footboard upstairs and bringing the queen down to the main floor as well as a heavy treadmill down. They were mindful, efficient and pleasant!

Do not look or call any other company. The movers that showed up for my move busted their butt and got everything done in the 2 hours. Very professional and organized. I will be a returning customer for my moving needs. Thanks again guys for all your hard work.

Excellent hustle! Packed 1900 sqft of stuff into a 1300 sqft house(!) in just two hours.
Only issue is that the dispatcher didn't let us know ahead of time that they were running behind schedule. But they were worth the wait!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will give you a call as soon as possible to get all of the details for your move confirmed and also go through your move with you to discuss any additional information that may happen for your move. Also we will be able to answer any questions you may have regarding your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Once we arrive onsite we will do a brief walk through and then we will get started by prepping any furniture for loading and proceed to loading your Pod, Truck or Trailer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best way to prepare for your move is always organization, having walkways cleared for the movers so as not to trip over anything. If we are unloading a great time saver is to take post it notes label each room #1,#2 etc then as we are bring boxes in you can say that goes to room # this makes it much easier for you and saves you time and money!
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled every move there is, we do in-state, residential, commercial, industrial, out of state, in home, remodels, we also do staging as well!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
By far we love doing everything we can to take the stress out of your move, we know moving is a very stressful thing to do, so we want to do everything we can to make whatever part we are taking in it to be stress free.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our employees go through training on jobs as an extra crew member to learn everything they need to know before being sent out. It is imperative that they learn how to handle your belongings properly before they are put on as a full time member of our company.
