Relocation with Helpful Movers
After 7 years in business, our goal at Helpful Movers has always been to make your move as stress free as it can be, all of our crews are courteous, polite, and helpful with anything needing to be done. We always treat your items with the utmost care just like they were our own. We disassemble/reassemble furniture except reassembly of cribs and bunkbeds due to safety. We cover anywhere from Seattle to Olympia to Bremerton. We offer out of state moves and we can also supply a company truck for in state moves if needed, please call for pricing. the team was on time, and worked very well. I had two complaints that kept me from giving a better review:
1. I had mapped out the loading of my pod and trailer, using 3D software. One of the loaders said he really dislikes when people tell him how to do his job. I apologized, and told him I was just worried about getting everything in.
2. They didn't get everything in, because they didn't go to the top of the POD, he felt that he couldn't keep it secure. I had plywood for securing the load, but he refused to use it. I watched several PODS videos, and this was a recommendation from PODs, and from the videos. There were so many holes we easily could have gotten in all of my belongings with a bit more thought, and using the plywood.

These 2 young men were courteous, respectful and very helpful. They were prepared and worked hard to accomplish the job within the 2 hour time frame we had contracted for. They verified placement of furniture and were willing to adjust placemen as needed. They never complained, focusing on pleasing this mover's office instead.
I would definitely use them again and would recommend them as well.

Almost a perfect move. After they left, we did notice a small chunk was taken out of the corner of one of the walls. But besides that, the guys were on time and did a great job.

The two gentleman who helped with the move were professional and excellent in packing a Pod. Overall the experience was oddly claim given all that we had to get moved thanks to the great attitude of the movers.
Separately, the one concern was we hired 3 workers for 3 hours but only 2 showed up. Again to the credit of the two that came they got the job done in 2 hours.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will give you a call as soon as possible to get all of the details for your move confirmed and also go through your move with you to discuss any additional information that may happen for your move. Also we will be able to answer any questions you may have regarding your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Once we arrive onsite we will do a brief walk through and then we will get started by prepping any furniture for loading and proceed to loading your Pod, Truck or Trailer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best way to prepare for your move is always organization, having walkways cleared for the movers so as not to trip over anything. If we are unloading a great time saver is to take post it notes label each room #1,#2 etc then as we are bring boxes in you can say that goes to room # this makes it much easier for you and saves you time and money!
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled every move there is, we do in-state, residential, commercial, industrial, out of state, in home, remodels, we also do staging as well!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
By far we love doing everything we can to take the stress out of your move, we know moving is a very stressful thing to do, so we want to do everything we can to make whatever part we are taking in it to be stress free.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our employees go through training on jobs as an extra crew member to learn everything they need to know before being sent out. It is imperative that they learn how to handle your belongings properly before they are put on as a full time member of our company.
