Helpful movers did an amazing job! They were very friendly and clearly experienced at packing a POD. They were very conscientious about protecting all my property and treated everything with care. They worked very quickly too! Highly recommend.

Their work looked good, and I was really thankful for their job and how they fit everything in the moving truck. From that perspective, their work was a five-star but even asked; they said that they don't need additional moving pads, etc. Unfortunately, this was not true, and therefore almost VERY furniture piece has scratches and ditches because other things were put on top, put on the track without pads for protection, etc., which with a cross country move (3000 miles) left many damages.
With a short distance move, it would have been great, but long-distance was not as good as we hoped.

Great work delivered ahead of time. The helpers arrived much earlier, which I very much appreciated. They packed up all the stuff very quickly and professionally and unpacked it even faster. They were very friendly, upbeat and good to guide me through a difficult process. I would hire this company and these guys in a hear beat again.

I wasn't planning on sharing my feedback but since you insist, here you go:

My move was scheduled for 4/29. I submitted the request online and a few days later I got a voice message asking to get some details for my order. I called back a few times and left a voice message but didn't hear back. I called back again on Saturday 4/23 and spoke with James Akers. I told him about the details of my request: the house is on the hill, halfway up the stairs, and I would need extra bubble wrap and blankets for some pieces that needed extra care. It sounded like it wasn't a standard "procedure" but he said he was going to arrange it and I needn't worry. Well, when the movers showed up they were angry at me for the fact that the house on the stairs (yeah, there are a lot of houses like this in Seattle and I explained that in my order) and didn't have any extra materials with them. No bubble wrap or blankets. But this wasn't the worst part, the worst part was talking to your representative on the phone - not only was he not apologetic, but he also tried to blame it on me like somehow I was supposed to know to tell them how many stairs exactly there were. Then he offered to get me the bubble wrap but it would take an hour to get where I was and they were on the clock and the guys had only 2 hours. Later on, he said something about "your propagandist bull****" (I think he realized I was Russian and decided to show me his racist side), that I was contradicting myself and if only I stopped talking he would help me... And later on, when I talked to him again when the guys had to ask him to extend the time because they were running late, he told me "Zahanna or whatever your name is" after which I lost any interest in talking to him. It was clear to me that he couldn't care less about my feedback and why I was frustrated with it all, so I just hung up. On top of that, the movers dropped one of the pieces of furniture and damaged its door and handle, and then broke a piece off of an antique mirror while they were packing it... I am still to submit a claim for that. I still tipped them because I didn't feel like it was their fault they came so unprepared and they did a good job packing it all in the van as efficiently as possible, but this didn't help me with the overall stress and horrible experience I had. Although the guys stayed for another 30min after their allotted 2 hour slot, they didn't finish the job and I had to pack the rest which I didn't plan on. Horrible experience and never again obviously. It was one of the most stressful days of this year for me.

The helpers arrived not just on time, but early. We discussed the project & they went right to work & were finished very quickly.
They moved all our furniture easily & did not damage either the walls or furniture (very careful!)
They were pleasant & easy to work with.
I would definitely book them again!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

We will give you a call as soon as possible to get all of the details for your move confirmed and also go through your move with you to discuss any additional information that may happen for your move. Also we will be able to answer any questions you may have regarding your move.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Once we arrive onsite we will do a brief walk through and then we will get started by prepping any furniture for loading and proceed to loading your Pod, Truck or Trailer.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

The best way to prepare for your move is always organization, having walkways cleared for the movers so as not to trip over anything. If we are unloading a great time saver is to take post it notes label each room #1,#2 etc then as we are bring boxes in you can say that goes to room # this makes it much easier for you and saves you time and money!

What types of moves have you handled?

We have handled every move there is, we do in-state, residential, commercial, industrial, out of state, in home, remodels, we also do staging as well!

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

By far we love doing everything we can to take the stress out of your move, we know moving is a very stressful thing to do, so we want to do everything we can to make whatever part we are taking in it to be stress free.

What training do you provide your crew members?

All of our employees go through training on jobs as an extra crew member to learn everything they need to know before being sent out. It is imperative that they learn how to handle your belongings properly before they are put on as a full time member of our company.
