After 7 years in business, our goal at Helpful Movers has always been to make your move as stress free as it can be, all of our crews are courteous, polite, and helpful with anything needing to be done. We always treat your items with the utmost care just like they were our own. We disassemble/reassemble furniture except reassembly of cribs and bunkbeds due to safety. We cover anywhere from Seattle to Olympia to Bremerton. We offer out of state moves and we can also supply a company truck for in state moves if needed, please call for pricing. Mike and Justin had finished their earlier job sooner than expected so were able to come assist me a little earlier than scheduled.
They were timely, polite and friendly.
They worked with me to make certain my more fragile family heirlooms were packed properly and well protected. They also made some adjustments for me when I brought out some last minute "packed" items! They took it all in stride and rearranged a few things to accommodate my "here take this…" items!!!!

They arrived a few minutes early.
After a walk-through, they went right to work.
They worked amazingly well, and proficiently.
They were careful, friendly and polite.
A final walk-through was performed and they very politely checked to be sure I had remembered everything.
I am very happy with the work they did, and would recommend them to others.
Obviously I will know better the quality of job they did when the Pod is unloaded at its destination.

They were great! Arrived early, finished loading in 2.5 hours, and we’re very respectful of our things. My one complaint is that they didn’t wear masks inside, but we did so felt mostly fine.

The two gentlemen did an outstanding job for us. I would like to request their return on September 7th, same location, to empty the contents of the POD back into the house.

Movers spent too much time on their phones, thus wasting much of the moving window. They carelessly scratched our hardwood floors when moving a large item. They did not pack the pod in a space efficient manner. Worst move I’ve experienced. Would not recommend.

I hired two helpers for 4 hours to move 2 bedroom home from storage unit to a second floor apartment. They got it done in the time I requested and paid for. They didn't go over. They where able to get everything in the truck that I was able to purchase. They did everything in a timely manner they took very good care of covering all my items that needed to be covered and they packed everything very well. Nothing got broken. They did a fantastic job! They even help me place the furniture where it needed to go. The two men that I ordered for the job was very professional and very kind. I recommend hire a helper for anyone out there that's looking to move that needs a little extra help. They where affordable and me being a single mom definitely helped take a lot of stress off of me and if I ever move again I will use hire-a-helper again. Thanks for a job well done.

Great service from Helpful Movers today. The "J's" were stellar, helpful, professional, and knew what they were doing. No damage (they wrapped everything) and packed the truck tightly with extra room. Finished and arrived on time. Bottom line: would use this service again!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will give you a call as soon as possible to get all of the details for your move confirmed and also go through your move with you to discuss any additional information that may happen for your move. Also we will be able to answer any questions you may have regarding your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Once we arrive onsite we will do a brief walk through and then we will get started by prepping any furniture for loading and proceed to loading your Pod, Truck or Trailer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best way to prepare for your move is always organization, having walkways cleared for the movers so as not to trip over anything. If we are unloading a great time saver is to take post it notes label each room #1,#2 etc then as we are bring boxes in you can say that goes to room # this makes it much easier for you and saves you time and money!
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled every move there is, we do in-state, residential, commercial, industrial, out of state, in home, remodels, we also do staging as well!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
By far we love doing everything we can to take the stress out of your move, we know moving is a very stressful thing to do, so we want to do everything we can to make whatever part we are taking in it to be stress free.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our employees go through training on jobs as an extra crew member to learn everything they need to know before being sent out. It is imperative that they learn how to handle your belongings properly before they are put on as a full time member of our company.
