After 7 years in business, our goal at Helpful Movers has always been to make your move as stress free as it can be, all of our crews are courteous, polite, and helpful with anything needing to be done. We always treat your items with the utmost care just like they were our own. We disassemble/reassemble furniture except reassembly of cribs and bunkbeds due to safety. We cover anywhere from Seattle to Olympia to Bremerton. We offer out of state moves and we can also supply a company truck for in state moves if needed, please call for pricing. The 2 very courteous young men arrived a few minutes early, were very business-like but polite, extremely respectful of my belongings, firmly secured the loaded items, finished before the 2 hours allotted, and treated me like a favorite great aunt. A very good experience for what I anticipated to be a stressful process.

I booked time with Helpful Movers with less than 24 hours to go and was glad to hear back from them less than an hour later. Carter and Trevor arrived here right on time and they were amazingly speedy. They had a clear plan for how they were going to tackle the job once they knew what needed moving. This was a within the house move and they were careful to make sure that the big items didn't bump and scratch walls.

I could not have unloaded my 7x7 POD alone, so I needed help. My POD arrived a day late. Hire A Helper was able to adjust and provide me with two helpers on very short notice! The helpers who arrived were professional and strong. They were very courteous. I highly recommend this company if you are on a tight schedule and need help!

Helpful Movers was extremely professional, efficient, and flexible on meeting the needs of my pack and move. This was not a small job...it required approximately 40 hours of work to pack up the entire house/garage and then pack everything into PODs. The crew was a well oiled machine, each person working diligently and efficiently. They didn't waste any time, even during lunch they only took a 10-15 break. They were respectful of our goods and were mindful of our walls as they were moving furniture down two flights of stairs. I was HIGHLY impressed with their ability to maximize the space within the POD. I would strongly recommend Helpful Movers and I would personally use them again in a heartbeat!

They showed up on time but they were in a hurry to leave, scratched my walls. Tracked water and dirt into the house. Threw torn cardboard and plastic on the lawn and left it there. Damaged an expensive piece of furniture and bragged about smoking marijuana. I would never use your services again

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will give you a call as soon as possible to get all of the details for your move confirmed and also go through your move with you to discuss any additional information that may happen for your move. Also we will be able to answer any questions you may have regarding your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Once we arrive onsite we will do a brief walk through and then we will get started by prepping any furniture for loading and proceed to loading your Pod, Truck or Trailer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best way to prepare for your move is always organization, having walkways cleared for the movers so as not to trip over anything. If we are unloading a great time saver is to take post it notes label each room #1,#2 etc then as we are bring boxes in you can say that goes to room # this makes it much easier for you and saves you time and money!
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled every move there is, we do in-state, residential, commercial, industrial, out of state, in home, remodels, we also do staging as well!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
By far we love doing everything we can to take the stress out of your move, we know moving is a very stressful thing to do, so we want to do everything we can to make whatever part we are taking in it to be stress free.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our employees go through training on jobs as an extra crew member to learn everything they need to know before being sent out. It is imperative that they learn how to handle your belongings properly before they are put on as a full time member of our company.
