After 7 years in business, our goal at Helpful Movers has always been to make your move as stress free as it can be, all of our crews are courteous, polite, and helpful with anything needing to be done. We always treat your items with the utmost care just like they were our own. We disassemble/reassemble furniture except reassembly of cribs and bunkbeds due to safety. We cover anywhere from Seattle to Olympia to Bremerton. We offer out of state moves and we can also supply a company truck for in state moves if needed, please call for pricing. I am new in town and needed last minute help unloading my moving truck. I found Helpful Movers through Higher a Helper and they are fantastic. My two movers, Mark and Jarad, kept me informed of their arrival time, were very polite, friendly, professional, and handled my boxes/furniture with care. I will definitely be using Helpful Movers with my next move.

Showed up on time. Made a noticeable effort to be careful of our nicer furniture. Excellent price for the work that they did. I was a little nervous because of how low the estimate was for 4 guys for 5 hours. They packed the truck like a pro and used every inch of space. They complained about having to carry a larger piece of furniture up the stairs. I insisted that they do so they buy and they reluctantly agreed. That was kind of annoying but at the same time I understood. I appreciated that they actually did it. Two of the workers were extremely professional and heavy lifters, you could tell they knew what they were doing. The other 2 pulled their weight but required a little more motivation from the more senior guys. I definitely received the value of the money I paid. I would hire these guys again.

Helpful Movers did a GREAT JOB. The team called before arrival, which meshed perfectly with our PODS delivery and our proximity to the move-in site. They were polite and very hard-working with no breaks in their effort. Our items were handled carefully with no damage to them or the walls & doorframes in our new condo. Very glad we picked them for the PODS loading and unloading. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The men were great. My only comment would be they needed to pay more attention to what I said. Basically everything that was to be moved was in one place. They went beyond and put some things in the truck or in the pod that we had to take back out. They also missed some pictures that needed to be wrapped and put in.
There also was a picture knocked off the wall, I have contacted the insurance people but have not yet heard back. All in all we are very satisfied and we would use you again In a heartbeat. Thank you

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will give you a call as soon as possible to get all of the details for your move confirmed and also go through your move with you to discuss any additional information that may happen for your move. Also we will be able to answer any questions you may have regarding your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Once we arrive onsite we will do a brief walk through and then we will get started by prepping any furniture for loading and proceed to loading your Pod, Truck or Trailer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best way to prepare for your move is always organization, having walkways cleared for the movers so as not to trip over anything. If we are unloading a great time saver is to take post it notes label each room #1,#2 etc then as we are bring boxes in you can say that goes to room # this makes it much easier for you and saves you time and money!
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled every move there is, we do in-state, residential, commercial, industrial, out of state, in home, remodels, we also do staging as well!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
By far we love doing everything we can to take the stress out of your move, we know moving is a very stressful thing to do, so we want to do everything we can to make whatever part we are taking in it to be stress free.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our employees go through training on jobs as an extra crew member to learn everything they need to know before being sent out. It is imperative that they learn how to handle your belongings properly before they are put on as a full time member of our company.
