Relocation with Helpful Movers
After 7 years in business, our goal at Helpful Movers has always been to make your move as stress free as it can be, all of our crews are courteous, polite, and helpful with anything needing to be done. We always treat your items with the utmost care just like they were our own. We disassemble/reassemble furniture except reassembly of cribs and bunkbeds due to safety. We cover anywhere from Seattle to Olympia to Bremerton. We offer out of state moves and we can also supply a company truck for in state moves if needed, please call for pricing. The two helpers seemed to have some issues with deciding how to best load my pod. Instead of making sure all the furniture got in then loading boxes around the furniture they loaded the back wall with boxes then started putting in furniture without regard for what had to be loaded. Also one of the men was constantly on the phone about other jobs. They had no moving equipment with them and marked up several walls after we had painted for the new buyer.

Jules did a great job helping me unload my moving pod. He was careful with my posessions and home, and gave expert guidance in getting the large and heavy items up the stairs into my townhome.

Dave and Marquise took great care of our house while loading up the furniture. They had to remove heavy furniture from the first and second floor, and never wavered. They show up 10 minutes ahead of time, and worked hard the whole time, including a couple of hours past the planned time. I highly recommend them to anybody needing moving labor help.

called to say they were running late brought nothing to be prepared Did Not !!!! work hard Myself and my two Sister kept telling them we only have 2 hrs keep moving as they kept pausing.....standing around watching each other needed to reassess I guess waiting for the other to help them with something much wasted time!! not completely not sure my belongings will be in one peace (fragile Mirrors told them they were fragile then to see them teetering on top of other things at an angel told them that could not be!! NO NEVER RECCOMEND ... NOR USE .. AGAIN THEY NEW I WAS NOT HAPPY SEMT A LETTER INLY RESPNSE WAS IT WAS ALL MY FAULT !
As was stated in the responding email we completed your job in 2 hours as requested even with you micromanaging every single detail and not being prepared for the move, I'm not sure why you're trying to blame us for services performed when they were done in the time that was requested. You were unprepared for your move we had to take things out several times because you wanted to repack them differently than you had originally wanted them packed. Nothing was broke nothing was damaged

They arrived a little late (10-15 minutes) from when they said they were going to start. Once they arrived though, they got right to work. The 4 guys did a tremendous job, loading up the truck in about an hour. They worked quickly, diligently, and do a fantastic job packing. Nothing loose and there was still room to spare. I would recommend using Helpful Movers, as I would use them again.

Because of an issue with our pod delivery we needed to adjust the schedule date of our move. The person I spoke with, I think his name was John, was so kind and accommodating. He went out of his way to find a crew to do the move at a different time and even told me that I would need less hours that I had booked, saving me money! The crew, Destin and Aaron, showed up early and waited patiently while the pod was unloaded. When the pod was ready they got down to business right away. They were fast, efficient, professional, and nice guys. They did not damage any of our belongings. I highly recommend. Thanks guys!

The two movers were on time, and prepared for the job. They worked hard during the 2 hour period we needed. Only one minor thing was some boxes were stacked against a newer painted wall, and left smuge marks. Yes, I would have no problem using those two movers again. Also when looking for boxes I noticed the boxes marked fragile when laying on the top sides or on their sides.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will give you a call as soon as possible to get all of the details for your move confirmed and also go through your move with you to discuss any additional information that may happen for your move. Also we will be able to answer any questions you may have regarding your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Once we arrive onsite we will do a brief walk through and then we will get started by prepping any furniture for loading and proceed to loading your Pod, Truck or Trailer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best way to prepare for your move is always organization, having walkways cleared for the movers so as not to trip over anything. If we are unloading a great time saver is to take post it notes label each room #1,#2 etc then as we are bring boxes in you can say that goes to room # this makes it much easier for you and saves you time and money!

We have handled every move there is, we do in-state, residential, commercial, industrial, out of state, in home, remodels, we also do staging as well!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
By far we love doing everything we can to take the stress out of your move, we know moving is a very stressful thing to do, so we want to do everything we can to make whatever part we are taking in it to be stress free.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our employees go through training on jobs as an extra crew member to learn everything they need to know before being sent out. It is imperative that they learn how to handle your belongings properly before they are put on as a full time member of our company.
