Relocation with Helpful Movers
After 7 years in business, our goal at Helpful Movers has always been to make your move as stress free as it can be, all of our crews are courteous, polite, and helpful with anything needing to be done. We always treat your items with the utmost care just like they were our own. We disassemble/reassemble furniture except reassembly of cribs and bunkbeds due to safety. We cover anywhere from Seattle to Olympia to Bremerton. We offer out of state moves and we can also supply a company truck for in state moves if needed, please call for pricing. Awesome team, went above and beyond despite getting locked out at Public Storage. I called 911, a patrol officer came and I got the u-haul and myself out but the three guys in 2 pick-up trucks got locked in. Took another call to 911 then sometime later, what appears to be the owner came and I asked her to get the guys out. Very patiently, all 3 were out and I realky appreciate their undetstanding. An great team of very fast movers.

All who were involved with Helpful Movers were people of the highest caliber!!--No doubt--I'm especially grateful to Hunter, Justin and Dave and I humble myself before them as they gave my wife and I a tremendous days work---We, unfortunately lost track of something during the day and as we could not find it, we were to quick to blame someone besides ourselves for it's loss and accused one of them of putting the grip on said item--nothing could of been further from the truth---They are a superior trio of men who did there job with strength and good will and had to suffer a false accusation at our hands---Please find it in your hearts to forgive us you guys!!--I and my wife could not recommend a nicer--more courteous -- honest, hard working band of young men!!! I only wish we could take back our words, but we cannot!! I hope we can meet further down the line so I could personally ask forgiveness from each of you and from your boss, James as well!!--Good luck you all!!!

Only 2 of 4 movers arrived at the job on time, and the 3rd was 1.5 hours late. The 4th mover never showed up. Subsequently, the job took several hours longer than anticipated, and the crew left before the job was done (i.e. 2 hours more work) to make it to their next job (already pushed back 3 hours). Needless to say, this was not what we wanted or expected from Helpful Movers. On the plus side, the crew was pleasant professional; we'll see how their packing job measures up once we unload it on the East Coast.

Showed up a few minutes early, ready to go. Very polite and considerate of our belongings. Worked fast and efficiently, and were prepared to work the extra hour we had to add at the end to finish packing out the containers. James the coordinator was also very helpful and flexible. Would definitely use this service again.

Hard workers took care with everything. Lost the keys to my two storage units. Had to wait almost 2 hours before locksmith could open both. They were very good about it not complaining, only charged for 1 of those extra hours. Owner was great even when I didn't call to release payment in a timely manner, moving can be hard, this company will help make it easier! Thank you! Tom Nelson

Justin, Mark, and Nick all did a great job. They were on time, worked hard and finished in half the time.

They were late and were determined to still leave at the same planned finish time which was 3 hours versus 4 hours. They did not come with the equipment to move frig or washing machine. They hurried at the end and ended up pack the final section of the pod in a way which left furniture pices exposed to damage. I would not recommend these movers to anyone.

Just like last time! Fantastic! Dave got the pod loaded nice & tight - top to bottom, side to side. Mark & Justin did wonderful jobs getting things out to the pod in one piece & nothing was broken nor scratched. James as always is understanding of last minute changes and was my go to guy when the immense stress of this move in particular was getting to me. He is good people, fair, and honest. I'll be calling him when it's time to unload.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will give you a call as soon as possible to get all of the details for your move confirmed and also go through your move with you to discuss any additional information that may happen for your move. Also we will be able to answer any questions you may have regarding your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Once we arrive onsite we will do a brief walk through and then we will get started by prepping any furniture for loading and proceed to loading your Pod, Truck or Trailer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best way to prepare for your move is always organization, having walkways cleared for the movers so as not to trip over anything. If we are unloading a great time saver is to take post it notes label each room #1,#2 etc then as we are bring boxes in you can say that goes to room # this makes it much easier for you and saves you time and money!
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled every move there is, we do in-state, residential, commercial, industrial, out of state, in home, remodels, we also do staging as well!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
By far we love doing everything we can to take the stress out of your move, we know moving is a very stressful thing to do, so we want to do everything we can to make whatever part we are taking in it to be stress free.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our employees go through training on jobs as an extra crew member to learn everything they need to know before being sent out. It is imperative that they learn how to handle your belongings properly before they are put on as a full time member of our company.
