They used 50 minutes of my time trying to get my piano out. The lead person first said I did not pay for a piano, when I showed him my order he changed his story. He got the piano in the storage. They owe me time .
& lift over the step rail! which required (4)movers & the crew only had (3), and on that type of job they need at least (4) movers because of safety precautions. Also in the description there was not mentioning of the crew taking down the piano down any flight of stairs which put the team at a disadvantage of being short staffed on such an oversized item. I just want to clear up any misunderstanding on why the job took longer than usual, and again I would like to apologize for inconvenience!!

Great all around. They were so nice, on time and efficient. Had others movers cancel last minute. Was able to have them come same day and saved the day. Would recommend all day!

They were polite, professional, and hardworking. However, we cannot give a five star rating because the crew assigned to us were not physically able to handle the full load and scope for what they were hired to do without help from my husband. This left us feeling dissatisfied with their ability and the price we paid.

Excellent work.
One small thing. Our powered couch was positioned in the truck vertically on its arm. After bouncing 200 miles down the road in this manner, the couch is now destroyed. The arm is very wobbly now and the couch creaks loudly when used. It would have done much better sitting naturally flat on its feet. I'm hoping I can find a way to repair it myself. Right now, I have it jammed up against a table to hold it together.

Our first helpers were no shows. Yahudah was requested same day to fill in and they accepted, traveled over an hour and showed up on time even after working another job earlier that day.
They worked quickly and efficiently and packed our container well taking care to protect fragile items.

This team is amazing! Would highly recommend! They were so sweet to my mom, she didn’t have to lift a finger. They even fit all of our stuff into a container that we were thinking may be to small. We appreciate their hard work and dedication, worth every penny!

Thank you for your feedback. Our goal is to provide efficiency and top customer satisfaction. Each job when requested by customers are reserved for a specified time frame, with a specified job duty sent to my company by "Hire Helper", which includes a description of the job to be performed. In your case the specifics of your time reserved and job duty were to do a loading job for approximately 3 hrs. Here we are required to fulfill that job by loading a moving truck. The time is chosen by the customer and is the expectant time frame to allow completion of the job. We sincerely apologize that our service did not fulfill all of your needs, since to properly and efficient complete what you were looking for, which was a load and unloading job, would have required more time reserved by you. We apologize for any inconvenience and we hope this clears up any confusion.

Arrived on time and worked very fast, the pod I had ended up smaller than I expected but they still managed to fit everything in there. There was no way I could’ve done this alone so it was a huge help. I would definitely use this service again.

Told me they were about 45 minutes away when they were already two and a half hours late, so I told them just to turn around. We hired them for 2 hours (from 3pm-5pm) and I had to get the truck back to uhaul by 8pm, they would have been there at 6:15. I had to unload the 26’ truck myself. I am very upset with the service.

Have things disassembled packed and labeled to make it easier for the crew. Also have all pets!! put away during move, to have your moving experience go smooth.

From local/long distance, residential, commercial, senior & multiple day moves. We also do heavy lifting, assembly and disassembly of furniture.
