Ably lead by Ron, this team worked well together, efficiently and cheerfully packing up our two containers on a brutally hot and humid day.
I have to say, Ron was a magician in the container packing. We ended up with about five inches left. Had he been any less adept at putting together the puzzle, we would not have fit everything. I was in awe!
I highly recommend this group.

We moved from California with three large PODs full of household goods. The movers (4 helpers for 4 hours) arrived on time (on a Sunday morning), ready to work. They were courteous and asked questions if they were unsure where to unload boxes or furniture. It was HOT that morning so we made sure to provide lots of cold water and they made a point to thank us for our hospitality. We would definitely use them again.

Don and Pierre Mensah did an outstanding job for this event. Before, it was Don and Felix. This is our 3rd Pack Rat container that has been packed over the last few months as we retire from Annapolis, MD, area. When we opened up the first two containers, the contents were in perfect condition.

They called, arrived when stated and did work all the time frame. This saved me hours of my own time, that allowed me to drive the truck many hours right after they left. The truck was packed well and little movement of my belongings when I arrived. Yes I would recommend thsee 2 gents.

It was hot humid and sticky. I did my best to keep my guys hydrated. They were polite professional and on time. They also got the job done in 3 hours. I stress that fact because it was hotttttt and I had 3 stops. Awesome sauce to the 10th power!!!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The movers will give you a call when they are approximately 15 minutes away during your 1-hour arrival window. All of our crews will come prepared with tools for furniture assembly/disassembly, as well as hand trucks, dollies, industrial shrink wrap and rope. This equipment is included in your reservation; there is no additional fee for these basic items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Moving preparations are often underway well before your moving date - decluttering, boxing, labeling, etc. Our favorite tip is for your moving day. After the crew arrives, take a few minutes upfront to show them all of your items. This way, our team can customize loading your container, storage area, or truck efficiently and safely.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in loading/unloading PODS, PackRat, ABF trailers/containers, and Door-to-Door services. MD Expert Movers isn't limited to household goods though. Is your company moving to a new building? Switching floors in your current space? Do you need someone to finally get that old copier down to the basement? Hauling junk? We can help!
