Usually I will avoid the cheapest but gave it a try. I don’t think I could have gotten better service from the most expensive. These guys are hard working & dependable. Never stopped until the job was done. Would recommend them any time.

I would recommend them to anyone!! Rates are reasonable and fair.. I'm So impressed I'm booking them for another job next week! Dionte was wonderful to work with pleasant, respectful, hard working physically and mentally to do the right thing packing the load very helpful expertise!! His knowledge of space management is great. His Assistant worked hard and diligently, was also helpful and resourceful, as well as respectful and courteous.

After getting the date wrong, and ME reaching out to THEM to confirm for Monday morning, they STILL didn't show up for the job. This is, after an 11 p.m. text to assure me that they would be there, but at a later time that originally scheduled, which I agreed to. These people had the nerve to NOT show up, not answer calls, or texts all day. Thank God for Hire a Helper, who came through with another company of movers that were super professional and prepared, even though they were given just a few moments notice. Their review will be quite different than Big Men Movers. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

If I could give no stars I would. I wasted nearly a whole day with this fiasco. They no showed for the 10-11am loading from my apartment into a POD - which I had booked quite a few days in advance. After repeatedly calling and my calls going straight to voicemail - my texts were never fully followed up on. After being ghosted- and waiting around for 4 hours and communicating with hireahelper they were able to finally intervene. My move was thankfully rebooked for 3pm that day with another company.
There was complete disrespect for someone’s time especially when they were notified in advance that this was a military move. If transparency and communication were provided, I wouldn’t have made this negative review.

The Big Men Movers Company were very prompt on their arrival and communicating time of arrival for the job. I would like to the time to thank the workers for their Awesome job of unpacking the truck and packing the garage for storage. They were very polite, professional, and courtesy. They handled all of our contents with care. They worked very smarted and did it in record breaking time. I would like to call them the A TEAM for MOVING and giving them 5 STARS *****going up 15 steps carrying heavy boxes. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and look forward to using them again on my next move.

The guys were extremely respectful and strong.
We didn’t realize they were coming from so far away. They were late do to an accident that tied up traffic.
My husband took over the packing of the truck because he did not like what he saw.
And they left right at 2 hours! We thought if we needed them for a bit longer, they would stay, like the other groups. That was the most disappointing part.
Oh. They took 15 minutes to “wash up” before they left.
As far as laborers, they were good, but they could not go unsupervised
