They arrived early and worked hard to get everything done in a timely manner. Seemed to be very mindful of moving the furniture, especially the heavy pieces. Would definitely use this service again.

The 2 youngsters moving our items into the pod were polite but lacked experience and know how. Their grandmom had to get out of the truck she drove them in to tell them what to do. They asked for a drink - when I returned they had the pod closed. I tried to open it after they left and could not - something had already shifted. I watched them put a hole in the box spring cover while moving it and dropped drawers out of the nightstand onto the road as they were loading the nightstands. I’m nervous about unpacking the pod and seeing damaged items.

They were very nice and a hard working group. However, we had major issues with they way they loaded our pod and it didn't seem like we hired a professional service. They started by packing bags of clothing and boxes rather than getting our larger items/furniture secured first. They barely used the stretch wrap to protect our furniture. They only used approx 2 out of the 12 ratchet ropes, which leaves our couch, dresser, dining table, and a few other larger items in the pod unsecured. They used towels but didn't secure the towels by wrapping the items. They will surely come off the items they wrapped without stretch wrap. They only used maybe 4 of the 12 moving blankets we provided to help protect our furniture. They were asked on multiple different occasions to please wrap and protect the furniture and they assured us yes they would and then loaded it without wrapping. When reminded, they were asked to at least wrap and secure the parts that were still accessible such as legs of a media stand that was handmade by my brother in law and they still did not. They packed a large dresser and nightstand "right side" up rather than legs up and then stacked heavy items on top. There was a work desk that was approx 100lbs that got stacked on top of the dresser and unsecured. There were several fragile items such as two lamps, two roomba vacuums, an air purifier, etc that were not handled with care and just placed in carelessly. They disassembled two bed frames and tried to essentially throw the jumble of wood pieces on to the top to get it further into the back. When told they could not leave those loose, they wrapped them in a blanket and didn't secure them with anything. We told them to notify us ahead of time if things were looking tight. They did not but instead when they were asked at what point we needed to start prioritizing items because it was looking full, they agreed and said now would be the time. After they packed the pod I crawled up to the top and saw the entire back of the pod had additional room. We had to junk and donate items bc they didn't pack it efficiently, and certainly not appropriately to maximize space, protect our items and make our move successful and stress free. They didn't use the fundamental basics of packing the pod, which are stretch wrap, moving blankets and rachets, which I provided plenty of each. Although they gave us a partial refund and offered to send someone else us to try and repack, we had no time to get it corrected beacuse of their lack of communication, and the pod needed to be picked up before we closed on our home.

They only had a few items to move and I had purchased some specific boxes for our large mirrors and TVs . They were on site less than one hour and I didn’t realize they didn’t use the Special TV boxes until after they loaded the few things left and were gone. I later found the unopened boxes for the TVs. We just got our POD today and our largest UHD TV was broken.
