Charles and his team were wonderful from start to finish. They reached out on their way to give their ETA. They arrived at exactly the time they said they would and took a few min to take a visual inventory of all of the items being moved, formulated a plan of how to load and immediately started working.
This was a job where I hired Easy Lift to load a moving truck that I rented and then I drove the 5 min to my new home and then they unloaded the truck into the new home.
They worked efficiently, and effectively communicated with me throughout the loading and unloading processes. Once a good portion of the truck was unloaded and they were ahead of schedule with timing, Charles put together my beds and hooked my tvs/sound bars up while his team continued to unload. Then took the time to make sure I was pleased with the centering of the tvs/furniture in my new home.
We all know moving is stressful and we hire movers to hopefully alleviate some of that stress. I have had movers who have done nothing but make the move more stressful by being VERY late, being slow, taking excessive breaks, damaging belongings etc and movers that have been just ok. BUT the team at Easy Lift went above and beyond and exceeded all of my expectations! They made moving day stress free and I am truly grateful for their exceptional service and an overall great experience! I recommend to anyone looking for "the movers we all hope for when booking movers"! 10 STARS!
