The guys were late showing up because of a previous job but once they arrived they were a great help.

Crew was almost two hours late. I had to call to find out they were running behind, rather than being contacted proactively. Charles noted to me when I spoke to him that he would take 10% off the bill. That never happened. They guys were hardworking but I had to closely monitor their progress. I had to work almost as hard as them to stay on the time budget. There are other companies who provide this service. I would look elsewhere the next time.
