Overall it was a good experience. They called me 30 minutes before arriving and arrived within promised window. They were very polite and worked non stop and moved pretty fast. They loaded my things in one house and unloaded in another. The reason I gave 4 stars is because they broke a leg on dinner set and scratched office table in one place. They brought furniture pads and we had our own too, they wrapped some furniture in the house before carrying it and it was ok, but they also carried a few to the car first and then covered them with furniture pads without wrapping it and that is where I think some damage happened. Most of our furniture is IKEA type so it is not a big deal. If you have expensive furniture I recommend you protect it yourself. They could not fit garage set in our rental truck so they out it in the pickup truck. As I said a very polite and hard working team, but I wish they will be more carefully next time.

Both Charles and Shay were pleasant, respectful, and hard working. They moved all of my things were I directed them to and with care. When Charles realized her would be late due to his previous job run late, he called to notify me.
I also found there was ease in scheduling my storage container being unloaded, rates on par with other companies.
