Overall I was pleased, but I had some concerns. The movers were scheduled to arrive between 7:00 and 8:00 AM. I did not hear from them until I called at 8:20 AM to see where they were. I was told they got caught in traffic and would arrive at 8:50 AM. They finally arrived at 9:10 AM. Since I don't live at the house they were moving I waited over two hours. A call would have been nice. I was also told that they would have tools with them. They did not, but luckily I had some to use. Overall, the two young men did a nice job and were very polite. I would use them again, but think their communication could be better.
