I will never use hire a helper again. Complete waste of money. The folks that arrived were not professional anything. They were hired muscle at best. When unloading the pod, no care was given to items removed and placed were requested. They were hired for 3 hours and after 2 hours they left. I asked would I be refunded the extra hour and was told no. There were still items unloaded in the garage that needed to be brought in. I am handicap and feel I was definitely taken for ride.

Although the movers were an hour and a half late, they did an excellent and very quick and thorough job moving heavy items from the truck into the apartment and put them exactly where we asked. Very courteous.

My window was between 8 and 9am. I was told numerous times that the loaders would call me when they were 15- 30 minutes away. At 9am I get a call that they are going to be late due to car problems. It is the end of the window and they just found out? I called the main line so I wouldn’t have to move the furniture with my 75 year old dad and was told they wouldn’t be to the site until after 10. Well we moved almost all the furniture outside and the loaders showed up and worked for 1 hour. I still had to pay for the 2 hour requirement even though THEY were late. The manager did not care and did not do anything to help with the payment. I absolutely do not recommend!!!

Randy was our mover from Pro Movers Express. He was very professional, polite, and good natured. He delivered great service. I would use him again for a move.

Mostly good. Unfortunately, started out with the workers being late. I requested they be there close to 9:00 AM and they arrived at 10:15. I didn't really appreciate that one of the workers bounced a load of totes down the stairs on a hand truck & one of the totes broke. After I brought it to his attention, he was more careful with future loads. Overall, both Miles and Josh were hard workers who kept a good pace all morning. They did a great job of packing efficiently, maximizing space. In retrospect, I should have ordered 3 workers for the amount of items & 1 flight of stairs. I feel I got a good value for what I paid.

Movers for a tiny bit late but made up for it on making sure everything was perfectly moved into the new storage unit and stack just like I wanted it and they were quick and they didn't rush to damage anything everything ended up being perfect and they didn't have the time I'd recommend them to anybody
