The job did start late 11:57am to be exact one man was on site at 9:45am his helper was a no show & he was able to get another man on site due to the fact that we stay busy in the area. Once the helper arrived the customer gave a walk thru of exactly what he wanted & pointed out damages that had already taken place in his new build from previous vendors. The job was finished at 1hr 45min ,however we wanted to make things right(due to the tardiness) so we asked if there was anything else that needed to be done he asked us to help him lay down 2 rugs in which we lifted sofa's for rugs to be placed. Then he asked us to move a 500 pound gun safe which we did out of kindness for him being inconvenienced. Once done as he was being closed out on the hire helper app he was asked would you like to leave gratuity & he said go see my wife. His wife then said, "Oh no John!!" You're not putting that on me & lit into him pretty heavy. He then said, "I have to think about it but let me have your #, I said, don't worry about it because he said he was strapped. He persisted in taking my # so I gave it to him & left without gratuity. An hour or so later I get a Zelle in the amount of $80.00...$40 apiece for a tip. We were polite, professional & went above and beyond because of the rocky start of a no show. In closing I kept Jonathan up to date every 15 min while waiting for a new helper to arrive.

I'm sorry for your experience. Unfortunately unforseen things happen that causes delays. As soon as we got an accurate time frame for the repairs, we informed you. Also we came right out and got to work. We are sorry for any inconvenience this delay caused. Now as far as there not being any help with the payment, you are being untruthful and misleading. Even though the discount wasn't what you were wanting, you did receive a discount for us being Tardy. You received what's called a Tardy discount which deducted a percentage from your bill. We have a 2 hour minimum on all jobs, so there was nothing to be done there, but we did apply a discount to your order, in which you were informed that you would receive a credit back to the card you used for payment. All in all, we again apologize for the inconvenience that our tire blowout caused you by us being an hour behind schedule. I'm glad we were able to assist with the job instead of us having to cancel. Lastly I'm sorry that you were so unhappy with the compensation for our tardiness, that you felt the need to falsely say that we did not care and did not do anything to help with the payment.
