While Randy and his partner got to work right away and diligently packed all of the major heavy items in the truck, they also worked somewhat slowly. I'm fairly certain that if i had a capable friend or one of my brothers, I could have finished faster than they did. Also, they grabbed my desktop computer and put it in the truck, damaging a usb port that was plugged in. I intended on packing my computer into my car on my own to avoid any damage, so I had to find it in the truck and remove it myself. Overall, they did work well and packed things much better than I could have myself, but I had hoped to finish up more with them before

I was given a window of 10 am to 11 am. After 11 am I called. It was as though they didn't have the order. They call me back and tell me sorry there was mix up and that a team would be there in 11 minutes or so. They never showed up. Then another guy called and said he as 3 minutes away. 15 minutes later they showed up.
So, no one showed up until around 12:25 pm. My window was 10-11 am. I repeatedly told the company I had to drive across the state and that I need them to be on time, within the window. So, they had no respect or regard for anyone elses time. Hire a Helper as well as the local company were horrible.
If you cannot deliver what a person orders, you should not offer your services. I will do all in my power to let the public know not to use any of the companies in volved in this system. It was a joke. A very stressful joke.
If you are not competent. Don't sell your services.

Company is a nightmare. After their automated system accepted the appointment time-a rep called and asked to change for an hour later. I said yes, but when they put the change into their system , they changed to the wrong day. When no one showed up I stat=rted calling-got lied to several times with "they are one the way will be there in half an hour" when in fact they had not even assigned it to movers yet. By the time they helpers arrived I had already completed half of the job myself ( I am 76 years old , have back issues, and should not have moved anything myself. After a nightmarish number of attempt to speak to someone at the company I finally talked to someone who said the charges would be adjusted . In fact, they charged my card the original full amount despite sending a new invoice with the adjusted amount.

The two gentlemen that showed up were nice and did the job quickly. Unfortunately they showed up an hour and a half late and dinged up several walls and doors during the move. After leaving this review, and speaking with them again, they were more than willing to come fix the issue right away.
