Customers can expect a rapid response time complemented by excellent communication. We will collect information to fully understand our customers' needs, ensuring we can properly address any questions or concerns they may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day our customer can expect a one hour ahead curtesy call when the crew is en route. Once arrived the crew will greet the customer and do an initial walkthrough. Next, the crew will prep the house for moving. After prepping the home or office the crew will begin moving the customers belongings. Upon complete completion we will then finalize contract and leave the customer with a job well done.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?

What training do you provide your crew members?
At Mullins Moving we provide and require an extensive training program for all new team members. We teach all of our movers proper lifting techniques and best practices to correctly wrap and protect our customers' belongings. Secondly, our movers undergo training to ensure they deliver great customer care. Our movers have to know how to move furniture and speak to our customers with respect and charisma.
