On time, very friendly and courteous. They worked hard and packed very efficiently, I thought we would have to take 2 trips with our small trailer for our local move but they got everything we needed in one go. They could have been a little more careful and caused some damage to the wood floors at our new property.

They were early and came ready to work, packing the Uhaul we had tightly and fitting all the stuff we had with some room to spare. However the reason for losing one of the stars is we had rented plenty of moving blankets from Uhaul, and they used about 1/4th of the blankets. When reaching the destination we found 4 pieces of furniture, including a nice headboard that had damage on it from being rubbed by the item that was pressed against it. Hard workers and nice people, just should have used what was provided to make sure everything was packed to where it wouldn't be damaged.
