Guys showed up right on time - after calling to confirm they were on their way. Mo and Ron were polite, friendly, organized and efficient. (And had a good sense of humor!)
They took great care of all our stuff and asked questions to clarify exactly what we wanted where, etc.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You can expect a phone call within 24 hours of booking! In this first phone call, an agent will go over all of the details of your move, and address any questions you may have. If you have a question or concern, be sure to bring it up to your agent and he or she will take care of it immediately!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A great team with high spirits that is ready to get to work. You can kick back and relax, and let our movers get the job done for you. :)
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If you are not using our packing services, all boxes should be packed, taped, and ready to go. Any supplies that you are providing, such as moving blankets and plastic wrap should be out and ready for the movers to use. If you don't have any supplies and need some, don't worry! Our teams always have moving supplies available for purchase. No last-minute trips to UHAUL or Home Depot required!
What types of moves have you handled?
We have completed a wide variety of moves for our clients, including local moves, residential moves, commercial / office moves, long distance moves, gym / fitness center installations, TV/Movie studio moves, and heavy item moves (upright pianos, baby grands, pool tables, gun safes). If you can think of it, we've moved it!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
That moment when the client realizes that their move is in great hands, and we see that stress drop from their shoulders. We know moving day can be hectic, and we take great pride in lessening your burden!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Safety in lifting properly, exercising proper care when handling the client's belongings, how to pack a truck in the safest and most space-efficient manner, etiquette of meeting and speaking to the client, and finally, how to properly handle any issues that may arise when out in the field.
