This was my second time using A&M as I had two PODS unloaded by A&M with two different crews. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the crew that unloaded our 2nd POD on 10/6/24. The crew contacted me before arriving, were on time, and prepared for the job with all the correct equipment. The crew was polite, respectful of our new floors, walls, and went above and beyond to off load all our furniture items with care. They were honest regarding things that were scrached or dented prior to removing them from the POD. There were no items that the crew damaged during the job, because all the items they pointed out were noted when the POD was originally packed. The crew was timely in their unloading, and left our home in excellent condition.
We appreciate the great Customer Serice we received from A&M along with the pricing for the job. i would difinately recommend this company again.

Arrived on time. Worked hard. Many damaged goods upon arrival. Packing was not with fore thought and careful. They were friendly, nice guys. Just need to sharpen packing skills. Did not secure items as they went. Yes, I would refer the movers, but would suggest careful supervision as they pack.
