Great team. Very professional.

Showed up on time, worked extremely hard. No wasted time. No dragging it out. Excellent at making lots of different things fit like hands in gloves - very efficient use of available space. Good working relationship among crew members.

The movers arrived on time and did a wonderful job. They finished well faster than the alloted time.

A++ review! Jorge and his team were great to work with. They arrived on time and did a complete and thorough packing of all my items in a timely and professional manner. One of the best experiences I’ve had with movers. I highly recommend using them.

They were on time. Very good at communication. Great to work with. Would definitely hire them again.

We cannot say enough great things about Thunderhorse Moving. We had not planned on hiring anyone to help us with our move but due to unforeseen circumstances we knew we would need all the help we could get! Arturo called to check in the day before they arrived so he could better understand our needs and the task at hand. Arturo and David showed up and did a walkthrough of the house with us and then immediately got to work. They were very efficient and careful with the packing of our things! They did not anticipate to ask questions! They also did an amazing job of packing the PODS we had to make everything fit! There is no way we could have done this without them. They were professional, efficient, hardworking, and friendly. We highly recommend them for any moving job you might have!

8/24/23 5:25 pm (PST) update:
I want to categorically respond to the “Helper’s response”
“At todays inflation the $500 paid dived by Hireahelper and Thunderhorse is very poor.”
Response: Everyone is feeling the pain of inflation, customers and vendors alike. Us paying customers have no control over the contracting price you may have with HireAHelper.
“I have called Kevin to try to fix the damages made but Kevin rather file a claim (FREE SERVICE DIGERS)”
Response: Every order number made through HireAHelper includes the Helper’s point person’s contact information. That email contact information was included as a “To” recipient to my correspondence with HireAHelper’s customer service department today, 8/24 (PST) at 12:41 a.m., 7:16 a.m., and 10:23 a.m. I sent an email to an alternate email account of the Helper’s at 1:31 p.m. I contacted the Helper in their various social media accounts at 12:23 (IG) p.m. and 12:49 (FB) p.m. I did not get a response from the Helper’s FB page until 3:07 p.m. and the only reply verbatim was, “Contact the Hireahelper.” In both my initial email and HireAHelpe review, I complemented the Helper’s team’s for being “courteous” and “very nice” however, they did cause damages to our home. As a paying consumer who is also feeling the negative impact of inflation, who tried several times to reach out to the Helper personally, I am not happy with the state that my house was left in. My HireAHelper review was published between 3:42 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. The Helper had ample time to respond to my inquiry before but did not. The Helper had my personal contact information but did not contact me nor my husband directly until my review was published. I understand that the Helper is upset about the negative review that details our experience as a customer, but understand that this is also our home that we worked hard to purchase. We are by no means "rich", we worked minimum wage jobs and moved up the ladder to get where we are now. If that makes us a “FREE SERVICE DIGERS” so be it. In my email correspondence with HireAHelper to which the Helper was carbon copied (CCd) in via email, I acknowledged the hard physical labor that the team put forth, that we are grateful for but damages were done to our home, so we were asking for a portion of what we paid because the quality delivered was poor. We did not ask for a 100% reimbursement.
********************************************************************************
We hired a team of movers for our home yesterday, Wednesday 8/23 and paid $597.66. Thunderhorse Moving’s team was courteous & very nice, however, there was substantial damage done to our home (dents, paint came off, scratches, smudges, etc.).
Please be advised that this a newly built community (https://marchomes.com/kingston-meadow/ ). We closed escrow on 8/15/23 and just moved in yesterday. So you can imagine the disappointment & frustration we feel as homeowners. We appreciate the hard work & back breaking labor put forth by the Thunderhorse Moving team, but the aftermath done to our new home is unacceptable.
I understand that HireAHelper contracts outside vendors, Thunderhorse Moving, in our case to deliver the moving service. While they did move our items on the 1st & 2nd floor, they did it without the proper tools (ie. no straps to carry washer & dryer AND sectional up to 2nd floor). My husband had to scramble to find his personal tool box to help the Thunderhorse Moving company as they didn’t even have the proper tools needed. The team was running late so my husband had to help them, and he himself removed and re-installed our door to make space for them.
The onus is on HireAHelper to ensure that the 3rd party vendors contracted deliver the moving service correctly & arrive prepared, with the proper tools needed to ensure no damage is done to the customer’s property. Again, while Thunderhorse Moving provided a moving service & physical labor, the quality is EXTREMELY POOR.
HireAHelper provided an email for Thunderhorse Moving: jasalinas204. This gmail account was CCd in every correspondence with HireAHelper and I did not get any response from Thunderhorse Moving’s gmail account. I had to find an alternate email myself: thunderhorsemoves, but this gmail account did not respond as well. I messaged Thunderhorse Moving through their social media accounts: Youtube, Instagram and Facebook and finally got response that reads and I quote, “Contact the Hireahelper.” Whoever is handling Thunderhorse Moving, had no modicum of self-awareness, accountability or customer service. Is this the kind of third party vendors that you want to associate yourself with, HireAHelper?
