Relocation with On-Time Movers
A growing moving company dedicated to providing excellent service to our clients including packing, unpacking and moving in an efficient manner while maintaining quality work. COI provided for additional cost; Out of state clients are responsible for toll; All moves involving a piano, safe, pool table or items over 300 lbs automatically requires 3-4 helpers plus additional cost. PLEASE NOTIFY IN ADVANCE. Price negotiation is available for smaller versions of these three items listed. Next-day service requests incur a 50 percent premium charge of the base rate. UNSANITARY ITEMS/SPACES WILL NOT BE TOUCHED BY THE TEAM (i.e. ~ mildewed, rotted, asbestos, excessive dirt).

The two gentlemen were very professional and got the job done in my two hour allotment. They did a great job and I could tell they knew what they were doing. They took apart a bed and a recliner in no time at all. I was very impressed with that.
They moved everything into my pod in a quick and orderly fashion. You can tell when you’re watching people who know what they are doing and these guys definitely knew what they were doing.
The Gentlemen made me feel very comfortable, in their company it was a pleasure having them do this job for me.

The crew was outstanding across the board. They arrived 30 minutes early. And worked above and beyond to solve problems the trailer presented. They finished a 4 hour job in just 1 hour, and all 3 of them were incredible in how professional they worked and carried themselves. HIGHLY recommend them!!

Our movers arrived early and were very polite, personable and helpful. They took the time to carefully go over what was being moved and to pack the container carefully and efficiently. All of the furniture and belongings were moved with great care. They did a phenomenal job and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Two guys that I forgot their name, they did a wonderful job. At First I was kinda of worry about the container will fit all from my girlfriend apartment. I asked about theirs experience and they were just few months with the moving staff company. They no worry and it did fit all packed in the container. Two thumbs on the two guys. ??

They arrived on time, finished the job on time, were respectful, and worked hard. I am happy with their services. Prior to the moving day, I had tried to call and text the contact number for the company, but the number had a full voicemail and didn’t respond back to my text message. However, I did receive a call the morning of the move directly from the movers to notify me of their ETA.

On Time was amazing for my move with 2 u-pack relo cubes. Dashaun and Dakwain arrived at the scheduled time, worked quickly, and packed the containers incredibly. They even got things to fit that I set aside as stuff I could live without if there wasn’t room in the containers. 10/10 recommend On Time for a container move and esp Dashaun and Dakwain.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Communication within 48 hours to discuss the details and officially add them to the company calendar.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call from me or a team member when in route and upon arrival. Consistent communication if there are any emergency issues. Evaluation of the property and physical discrepancies pointed out prior to moving any specific item.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Be fully packed (unless hired for packing), have the transport vehicle close enough to the doorway of the moving location, clean and clear walkways to avoid injury during the moving process.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, long distance (up to 100 miles), office, piano, pool table, safe, heavy furniture moving within the home.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and seeing new places.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All team members come in with basic experience. Additional training, such as properly loading the truck, assembly/disassembly, and properly working as a team to carry larger and heavier items are done on the job with leads that are assigned to each team.
