Please if you need assistance with knowing how big of a truck or how many containers you need. We can help you with that. If you are in Miltary or college you get a 5% Discount if it's a 2 - 3hour job. If the job is a 4 hour plus you ll get 10% off. You must show ID to get the discount. We were very happy with the 2 helpers. They were very pleasant, courteous and very hard working. They really knew how to pack our 16 foot container. They knew which piece and where each should go. We would definitely recommend this company and especially both of these employees.

The two person arrived exactly on time, clean, professional. They packed a 16' POD for us perfectly in 90 minutes. I really enjoyed working with them. I would use again 100%!

They were great! They were friendly and courteous; they worked nonstop from the moment they showed up. They did a great job packing the storage unit and securing everything well. They were on time, had everything they needed and were very careful will all of my stuff. I would definitely use them again.

Even though they arrived 15 minutes past the scheduled window, They did a great job and worked non-stop. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

The people were super nice and worked in the rain.
They did arrive 10 mins late but that was not an issue as they added it into the back end, I just needed to remind them to prevent an overage charge. They also worked well together and they worked fast no breaks and downtime which I appreciated.
The issues I had were:
1. Inside the boxes were not roped off to prevent shifting of the boxes
2. There was a lot of dead space, which means when the truck moves the boxes will fall. I will need to unload everything and repack the entire pod aka pod packing guidelines.
3. They dragged the boxes from the attic downstairs instead of lifting them, as a result my carpeted stairs suffered from being burned.
So it was disappointing not an effective use for packing to travel therefore I felt that my money was not 100% spent wisely. The part that was helpful was that it did get things out of the house so I can show the house and sell it. And they were very nice in not sending smokers due to my allergies. If you take care to monitor the 3 areas I had issues with I would recommend them to anyone.

They came an hour and fifteen minutes after scheduled window time. They claimed it was something in regards to the address, but my address was correct in the email and payment information.

The three guys who came to us are very hard working and v nice people. They wrap, pack, and move you stuff and get a lot done, with no complaints. Great work ethic from Tim, Chritine, Maurice and Andrew. The thing I would say they can do better is to make sure they confirm with you as soon as they get your order. So make sure you call them - because according to the booking email, I was expecting a call from Jeff to confirm but had to call him all three times I booked. Other than that, awesome!

When I set up the appointment I was told that they would arrive between 9-10 and they arrived at 10 which in our case was fine. We hired 4 people originally for 2 hours but eventually needed them for 4 hours and they had no problem accommodating us. Tim, Cody, Maurice and Christine worked very hard the entire time - only taking a 10 minute break because I ordered pizza for them. They carefully took furniture and exercise equipment apart - making sure things were packed properly and with the right screws remaining with the furniture. They were very good with packing storage containers and knew what they were doing. Planning to hire all 4 back to help us unload..
