Arrived on time. Shortly after arriving started complaining they would not finish on time, and they had a second job that day in Tucson. I told them that was not my fault, as the estimators made the mistake. Not sure about packing quality, as we have not yet unpacked. POD does not arrive for another week. Complained that wardrobe had wrong size bars, but they did not look at the bigger wardrobe boxes in garage. I had to fold much of the hanging garments after they left. I finished loading the last 20% of the POD.
While it appears they packed the POD okay, their whining about taking longer than they planned got old quickly. They need to be trained about how to handle a situation like this.
