First want to thank Lalo and Josue again. They we're great, they showed up an hour after the expected arrival because the previous move ran long. That was fine with me as they communicated this prior. Both hard workers. This wasn't the easiest move with some heavy lifting and lots of steps involved. They were respectful of my items. I would use them again. Thank you gents!

Gabriel and Brandon were AWESOME! They took care of unloading our moving truck in a very timely manner. They kept us updated with their arrival time, were very courteous, and took great care with our stuff. I would definitely use them again!

Nova was courteous and on time, Paul was almost 30 minutes late. I spent a ridiculous amount of money on blankets, straps, tape, and wrapping materials, which was mostly left unused. Many items just had blankets thrown on them and were left unsecured, some weren’t wrapped or secured at all. The guy who showed up late wanted me to put extra items in my crammed truck, despite there being room in the POD, claiming there wasn’t enough wrapping material, which wasn’t even kind of true. I took both guys through the house a second time to show them the remaining supplies, which they still didn’t use—not even the ratchet straps I got specifically to secure the load at the entrance of the POD. I’ll be surprised if my stuff survives without damage. Get packing and loading help elsewhere.

Brett and Gabriel were great, i had a very packed storage unit that needed to be split up into another unit, we finished 30 minutes early.

The 1st 2 guys that came to load my container were great. The 2 guys that came to unload my container where I moved to were 3.5 hours late. I kept calling the company and they had no ETA. I had 3 people that I hired at $40 an hour to unpack and they left after an hour and a half. I had to pay each of them. The 2 guys that showed up, one smelled like weed and the other was married and kept asking me out even after I told him I was not interested, he texted me later that night. All I was offered for all of this, was a 15% discount. It cost me a $180 to pay people for nothing that were supposed to help unpack and your company offered me $24. I will never use or recommend you!

The initial phone calls to schedule the loading of a container was easy and efficient. The foreman was very accommodating on the phone and answered my questions.

However on the day of the loading job; it was scheduled for 2 men to arrive between 8-9am. I received a text at 8:15am that they would not make it until 10:30am. The 2 men arrived at 11:15am. I had been waiting until 8:00am.

They didn't need to bring anything because I supplied all of the moving blankets, stretch wrap, and ratchet straps.

As far as working hard, let me say the last loading job I paid for was in Texas and the 2 men in Texas were so energetic and spot on professional and worked fast. These 2 were no where near energetic and actually asked me my opinion about some of the loading. My response was I'm not the professional. You decide.

They were respectful of my furniture and house.

When they finished one man asked me for a tip!!! I did tip them but I will admit I wasn't going to initially. It wasn't a good experience and I don't have a lot of confidence in how I'm going to find my belongings when I have the container unloaded.

I'll use the company again but if they sent these 2 same men I would not use them.
