The two young men who came to help unload our POD were excellent! The communication with the company was superb, they even called to check on POD delivery so that we were able to finish the job early. The helpers were careful with our belongings, and were willing to place boxes and furniture exactly where we needed. Would definitely recommend Mister Sahuaro's Moving and Labor Solutions.

The gentlemen did OK work and were pleasant. They were both deaf which made it very difficult to communicate with them. Many items were placed in inappropriate places which will make it very difficult for us to move them again. I do not believe I would use them again unless I could be assured that at least one mover could speak and hear. I appreciate that they were given an opportunity to have a viable vocation.

I highly recommend Mr. Saguaro’s Moving & Labor. I hired Joe and his team to help unload our moving truck at our new home in Arizona. At the last minute, I changed our arrival time. Joe immediately complied and arrived right on schedule. I gave him a quick rundown of what was expected. He immediately translated this to his crew (as all 3 are deaf), and the work began without delay. They made every effort to communicate with us. They were careful to look directly at our faces and read our lips. They used hand gestures that they knew we would understand to communicate, without wasting any time. Joe and his crew were extremely careful with our house and with our belongings as though they were their own. They quickly and carefully put together the three beds in each bedroom. Placed the furniture exactly where we asked and moved it around afterwords when we changed our minds. They were patient, pleasant, and professional.
The day after the move, we could not locate a large boxed family heirloom. We later found it and felt terrible. Hire a Helper contacted Joe who immediately texted me directly. Joe explained how he and his men valued their job and would never do anything to put it in jeopardy, that he had known his crew for some time and fully trusted them, and that he would speak to the other men to see if they knew perhaps where they may have placed the item. Joe even offered for he and the crew to return and help us look. As offended as Joe must have been, he maintained his professional. Days later, our family located the heirloom.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Blankets and pads are your friend when going anywhere that involves a % grade. When loading PODS/ABF's the most important item are Straps. The more the merrier- They are also how to secure your HHG's properly during transit.
