I live in a rural area that can be difficult for people to find. The crew from Hire A Helper had no problem and arrived on time. The 3 men were very efficient and respectful of my property. They asked question whenever in doubt. The move went so well with their help. Setting up the appointment was also easy. Great customer service!

Joe and his crew were professional, efficient, and friendly.
Once on site they quickly assessed the requirements and started loading like a team that had worked together for years. We had a 1600sf house that was heavily furnished and had taken us three weeks to pack, and they loaded it into two pods in just over 2 hours. Additionally, we did not have time to shrink wrap the dining room table and chairs and 4 floor lamps, or to put covers on the mattresses and breakdown the bed-frames; but, the crew did these tasks using our materials in that same time frame.
Throughout the entire process the crew worked together as a team, and were very respectful of our property. They loaded the pods using good packing methods, and found solutions for packing/wrapping several difficult lamps that had us stymied.
These guys are the real deal, and I strongly recommed them for your moving needs.

They arrived at the last minute of their two hour window meaning we sat waiting for two hours waiting, the lead was deaf, his helper/interpreter was giggling and spacy.
Kept them for a bare minimum of 45 minutes unloading everything in a pile and couldn't get rid of them soon enough.
Remote hiring sucks...

Blankets and pads are your friend when going anywhere that involves a % grade. When loading PODS/ABF's the most important item are Straps. The more the merrier- They are also how to secure your HHG's properly during transit.
