The movers were completely deaf which made it hard to communicate with them. They also didn’t pack the Pod the most efficient way, leaving us to unpack and repack several things. They also left a couple items inside the house. The move was satisfactory but I wouldn’t hire again.

The guys showed up on time and worked carefully and efficiently. We had a couple of items that we are very attached to, and they showed the same respect for them that we do. Could not be happier and would recommend to anyone.

Inexperienced…. Left items on the truck before unloading. It was crucial I move the items by a certain time and they left before unloading into storage and still had two more loads left before completion. It was a horrible experience. Very unreliable!! They did not know how to load the heavier items. Focused on the lighter weighted items then left me out to dry with items still on the truck. Had to get a $50 credit from hire helper plus an emergency mover to finish the job. Found out they only guarantee two hours of work!! Used Mister Saguaro who came to my rescue. Other than that I would have been screwed!! Would recommend, for small jobs only!

Mover's response:
Hello. Our movers had a very different experience. You were very very rude and hostile towards are movers once you realized we would not move your oversized items without you paying the extra fee for items over 450lbs. Which there were several large, industrial sized, kichen appliances.You did not agree to those charges. Per policy, we won't moves those items without fees added. After the 2 hours ended, the crew decided it would be best not to continue this move because of the verbal abuse. We are Professional Movers, not slaves or servants. We will not tolerate abusive behavior.

I am not and. Did not authorize a prepaid move. The mover was a rude animal who threatened me and took all the small boxes, threw them in a 15 ft uhaul, screaming at me and was going to call police if I didn’t sign his paper. I was polite and told him he had the opportunity to speak to the agent who sent them and he refused. I have stacks of boxes piled five feet high in the apartment living room. Josh smelled like he never bathed and got in my face several times. I am 70 . Do you think this is ok? I have a whole house of stuff to be moved and I have to vacate on Monday. What would you do ? I have never seen a move hostile man, and a crew he let throw my boxes in and out of the truck. I have no desire to pay for his abuse, and I will take him to court if needed. I only hope you don’t ever do this to another customer. Shame on you, yes I was scammed!

We aim to always provide the utmost moving service. 99.9% of our reviews show we take pride in every move we do. Unfortunately this was not an ideal move for either of us. I do apologize that you didn't understand the terms and conditions of said move. You were not scammed. You approved pre payment upon scheduling this move. No one at any point got in your face and yelled. We endured much yelling and name calling from your end. We apologize to anyone reading this review and hesitant to book. I can assure you, you'll get the best service possible with the best crew possible. We do not "throw items in and out of trucks". We handle your belongings with care at all times.
