Movers did good work but had issues with other things. They moved our time back three hours and workers tried to charge extra hours for work they did not complete. They were hard working and respectful but be cautious of how much you are being charged.

I hired this moving company through hire a helper a month in advance. I called Certified moving solutions a few days after booking to confirm the appointment of July 1 between 10a and 11a. On July 1 at 11a when no one had arrived to unload my POD I called the "boss", he apologized and told me he had calendered my appointment for July 2, I asked if they would be arriving to unload my container and he assured me they would. After me calling multiple times through out the day, after being hung up on and having my calls ignored (I had to call from a friend's phone, because the boss would no longer answer my calls) a 2 man crew finally showed up at 5pm. They complained about their boss the entire time they were here. They took multiple breaks for extended periods of time, as to basically run up the clock. They men begged me to release the funds for the job, within minutes of them getting here. They asked me to lie to their boss and have them stay longer to help me set up which I did not allow, so they sat in their vehicle for almost an hour after the move was done. They damaged multiple pieces of furniture, I unloaded half my stuff because of how slow they were going. I gave them waters because if was hot and they threw the empty bottles all over the ground and I had to clean them up. I even tipped these men 20 each and then only to find out, they stole a coin jar from me. It had probably $160 in it, but it also contained invaluable coins and moments, which is really the most disheartening part about it. Hire a helper is supposed to give me a discount for the services, but I will be requesting return of all payment since they stole basically the value of the job from me. This company should not be allowed to operate, the entire time they were here I felt like it was a scam, I felt like they were in contact with their boss so they could scam me. About an hour after they left, one of the movers called me at his bosses request to ask for me to release funds for payment.

Would not recommend unless you are desperate! Wish I would have known this before spending the money. The day before the move I received a confirmation email and immediately after a email stating that they would not be able to move us and then another email stating for me to disregard. With this being an out of state move I clearly had to call and make sure that everything was on track for the next day - take note coordinators - if there are conflicting email, pick up the phone and call your CUSTOMER!
Movers arrived late after calling to confirm the time they would be there. Movers claimed they worked longer than they actually did which lead to additional charges and an extensive amount of time on the phone trying to haggle this out. The movers showed up late we constantly had to let them know how to move the furniture. Furniture was not loaded in the truck well and when we opened the truck a bunch of furniture had fallen over and gotten scratched and damaged. We had to keep them engaged in the move and had to rearrange the truck due to their poor organization. I absolutely will not use this service again! Do yourself the favor and Go ahead and shell out the extra money and get actual movers - none of the things that were moved were out of control or terrible to move - we tried to save ourselves some trouble by getting it loaded at the place moving from so we could unload ourselves the next day in the next state but ended with us doing most of the loading where we had “helpers”. We got more than what the helpers loaded with less people available in less time and now I’m in a battle with the company who is trying to take even more money because the movers state they worked more than they did.

The gentlemen were very polite and kind. However, they showed up after the expected window and didn’t have a dolly despite me putting that it would be on the third floor. Had to manually carry each individual box down multiple hallways because there was no dolly. Didn’t have time to help put things together because it took so long with the individual boxes. Would’ve been great to work with if they had the right equipment and showed up within the window.
Update: the next day, one of the movers contacted me directly that he picked up my AirPods off my floor and put them in his pocket. I was grateful for him letting me know but then he never returned them to me despite my texting/calling him and the company multiple times requested to get them back. Asked for my address but then would say I had to meet him out, and then would never set up a time. Very disappointed to have something taken that was almost as much as the service.
