They showed up, talked crap about me because I was supposedly still packing (if they had asked they would've found out I have professional cleaners coming right after and 1800-Got-Junk is taking the excess items away), they ignored what I said to take and missed several items, then got attitudes when I redirected them, and they broke one of my daughter's desk and the other's table. To make matters worse, I paid for 3 hours but they left after 2, and won't give me my money back for the third. This is the last time I hire ratchet people to help me move.

They did a great job. However, they billed us for 4 men and four hours. 2 men for 2 hours were supposed to be included for free. I later realized that this bill should have been sent to PackRat, not to me. They made a mistake by passing the bill to me. If it shows up on our credit card, we will have the charge removed by the credit card company and complain to PackRat.
They were deceptive in their dealings with us, by passing the bill directly to us instead of the correct party.

They offered to be there early, which was great for me. They were quick, professional and did a great job wrapping and protecting everything, including advising what I needed to have (shrink wrap, rope and racket straps). I’m recommending them to my brother today!

Very cordial and professional young men who treated our furniture items with great care, covering every square inch with protective wrap & blankets we provided—and they completed the job ahead of schedule. They also did an excellent job packing the storage POD so as to minimize jostling of the items while in transit.
