They sent two guys and they were excellent! They started working immediately when they got here! No dents or scratches whatsoever in the furniture! I would highly recommend hiring this company to do your move. They emptied our pod very fast and very efficiently. Super respectful young gentlemen! We will definitely use them again if in need.

Wonderful - they were efficient, polite, packed everything into the pod without wasting space (amazing Tetris players!!!) - everything I could have wanted in movers! What a load off my back! Highly recommend!

They were extremely expensive ... over $800 for 2 helpers three hours. They were hours late. They arrived with only a simple dolly and furniture dolly. They were slow. They did not seem to be experienced in loading a Pack Rat pod. I got the impression i was being set up for additional time charges. They broke the building elevator button. They charged me extra for 3rd floor and only used the elevator...made it easier for them, but slower to move things. Other than that, they were very polite. I would not use Hire a Helper again. I used them because Pack Rat referred them. I hired the Stars & Stripes company because they advertised as a Veteran Owned Company. May be, but i don't think it is veteran operated. Ended up finishing the job myself.

Crew.showed up, got us unloaded well with no grumbling and they were very respectful and reverent of our new home and our old belongings. They did exceptional moving our old heirloom piano as well. Definitely would use them again if we needed to move again.

Hi, I'm Jon Churchill, the owner, and logistics manager. I will contact you immediately after selecting our services to discuss and assist you through your entire moving endeavor. I will make sure you have everything you need to make your move is as safe, efficeitnt and worry-free as possible.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We contact each client when our crew is in direct route. You can expect to greet our uniformed, background and drug tested crew both fully prepared and punctual. Customer service and moving experience is our specialty, so we are prepared to efficacity solve and all problems.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have loaded/unloaded 1000s of PODS and Packrats. Over the last nearly 10 years we have made 1000s of local, intrastate and Interstate relocations. We make monthly trips from south Florida to New England and back to FL, moving high end antiues, furniture, small shipments, pets (we love your pet like our own), motorcycles and and cars, and since we are already making the tripo, can always help our customer get superior service at the most competitive price
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We take pride in assisting our customers to have a WORRY FREE relocation. Weither its around the corner or around the country, we have the savvy and experience to professionally service all or part of any relocation.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Since Ive personally performed 1000s of moves, I've trained both of our field managers, and nearly every other member of our crew in the processes of pleasing our customers, and care of good. Most of our employees are veterans, so they are thoroughly versed in the principles of integrity, teamwork, attention to detail and superior work effort. Ongoing training ensures all movers are up to date on the latest and best moving equipment and techniques
