The guys were super friendly and polite. Right off the bat calmed my nerves assuring me all my belongings would fit on the truck. The job took longer than anticipated and they stayed and finished. They took care to wrap furniture in both moving pads and shrink wrap and we’re especially careful with antique pieces that could not be replaced. I definitely recommend right way moving!

I had two movers and it was like they couldn’t do anything without the other. They couldn’t figure out how to get my fridge out, they got it through one door way and then put the fridge together but then still had to get it through the front door.
So they ended up taking the front door off.
I liked the workers they were cool and nice and got the job done but they definitely worked more like they were getting paid hourly other than getting paid by the job.
I don’t feel it should have taken as long as it did. So for over an hour they worked on getting the fridge out and putting the door back on.

They didn't show up after they called and said they were on the way. The owner of company yelled at me and talked over me for a solid 12 minutes (I couldn't get a word in during the entire call) when I called to see where his crew was and if they were still coming. This it what I arrived to after a 1200 mile drive with a full 26 foot moving truck. My wife and I were rescued by our sweet neighbors and my friends' brother in law -we all got the truck unloaded together.
