Guys were great - it took me about 12 hours to load a 26' truck full of belongings by myself - they helped me unload that truck and put every box in the right room in 2 hours. Amazing. Super personable - enjoyable to talk to - great guys! Hire them!

On time, hard workers, nice BUT, they didn't come with any tools, didn't use any furniture pads, sofa covers, bed covers or ropes we bought for a save move. Also, made several dents in walls and a chunk of wood out of our armoire! Didn't tie anything down, took apart beds and armoires and didn't tie/ keep anything together just put it in the pod! We it's time to unpack, I'm scared to see what kind of damage has been done! Also, requested 3 men for 3 hours, got confirmation for all 3 and only 2 showed up, they did stay for 3 hours and they fixed the charge for the missing 3rd person.....still waiting to here bad from the manager....

The movers arrived right on time and worked super fast - came in under the two hours we had paid for. I had a lot of items and a very small pod, they got everything to perfectly fit! I have no complaints and would use them again if needed.

This is our second time using M&M Moving Services and I will say that the 4 guys that came out this time did a great job, They did not stay on break, sneak off and did what I asked them to do.

M&M stepped up with zero advanced notice to fill in for another mover who had vehicle trouble. They came from twice as far away and got us back on track only two hours later than originally planned. This kept us on schedule for truck departure, which generated a very positive outcome. Their crew was very professional, and very careful in packing and loading some delicate antique furniture.

Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.
