Fantastic experience! Elvis and his crew came in, listened carefully to our needs, and then worked like a whirlwind to complete our job in less than 2 hours. I have never seen a container packed so well, using every available inch of space. The crew was polite, respectful of our property, worked well as a team and had a wonderful can-do attitude along with a sense of humor. Elvis made us feel like he had everything under control and that relived quite a bit of our stress. I HIGHLY recommend M&M Moving Services.

Elvis was very polite and helpful(especially when our u haul truck broke down and it took 4 hours to be repaired). He stuck with us to the end and even brought our TV to the new house so it could be installed while my husband waited for the truck to be fixed.

Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
