I cannot say enough about the service they provided!! They completed the move in a timely manner, they packed everything perfectly into my PODS container. I was paranoid about a couple items getting damaged, but my belongings are not moving or going anywhere! They were also a pleasure to chat with. Thanks for making my out of state move such a breeze!

I hired Get A Move On Moving Company through Hire a Helper. I needed last minute help to facilitate a move during this crazy time we’re in, and they came on same day. The movers were professional, courteous and upbeat. They worked magic loading my pod to the max. I highly recommend this company!!!

The crew was very knowledgeable, efficient, hard-working and polite. They knew exactly how to safely pack my PODs and secure my belongings so they would remain in place during transit. They had contacted me beforehand in preparation for the move and gave me helpful suggestions to make the process go smoothly. They were OUTSTANDING!!!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

I will call to discuss your moving needs.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

A call in the morning and an experienced crew to pack/load/unload your belongings.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Since we are paid by the hour anything to make the job go quicker; break down beds, take shelves out of China Hutch, legs off tables, shades/ light bulbs from lamps etc. We have no problem doing all these things though.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have moved clients all over the country, done many office jobs, transported entire household or just a few things.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Meeting new people and seeing the stress leave customers faces after they realize we know what we are doing!

What training do you provide your crew members?

We take new crew members on jobs @ no extra cost and train them to be the best. We also have them watch multiple moving videos on YouTube.

We charge an extra 10% for same day requests.

Next Day Moves

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

Refunding Unused Time

We refund up to one unused hour over our min..

Extra Hours

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
