I’m an OCD retired Master Chief Petty Officer. Kevin and Billy of Get-A-Move On exceeded every expectation! From the initial booking they were in touch about preps and scheduling. They were on time and worked super hard. My home and property was thoroughly protected during the pack out and for shipping. These guys rocked it. Nobody packs a POD better. They are experts at their craft. They took all the worry out of a tough day. Wish I could take them across country for the unpack. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and have recommended them to a friend who is moving already.

Awesome performance!!! This job was for 5 rooms worth of furnitures and boxes that fully filled a 16' PODS, which took Kevin and Billy 5 hours total to complete.
Kevin was very helpful prior to the move and took the time to tell me what moving supplies to get, and the quantity he estimated based on the inventory list I provided was almost spot on. On the day of the move, Kevin and his assistant Billy showed up prompt and did a great job packing and wrapping everything together. My 16' PODS container was filled to the brim and I am very pleased with the results. I definitely recommend this team to everyone based on the great work they did.

Kevin and his team went above and beyond the call of duty. I just moved into a condo community and the company that delivered my moving container delivered it to the wrong address. The distance from the container to my place was much further than it needed to be. Kevin and crew went to work and got everything unloaded and moved in a very efficient and professional manner.
Kevin called as soon as I placed my request to confirm all of the details. I had to change the date to the next day, and Kevin was able to accommodate this change.
I can't say enough good things about this friendly, efficient and professional crew. I would definitely use them again.

I was very pleased with the excellent service provided by Kevin, Billy, and Tim in moving my household goods into a POD. They were professional and friendly, worked at a steady pace, and kept me posted on their arrival time. And, I am truly amazed at Billy's skill in loading the POD to maximum capacity. These guys were terrific. They come well equipped with their own tools to move furniture and boxes as well as door stoppers to prop doors. Our complex had lots of doors to pass through. They placed items wherever we requested and assembled items with proficiency. We will highly recommend them to anyone we know and most definitely reach out to them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
I will call to discuss your moving needs.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call in the morning and an experienced crew to pack/load/unload your belongings.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Since we are paid by the hour anything to make the job go quicker; break down beds, take shelves out of China Hutch, legs off tables, shades/ light bulbs from lamps etc. We have no problem doing all these things though.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved clients all over the country, done many office jobs, transported entire household or just a few things.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and seeing the stress leave customers faces after they realize we know what we are doing!
What training do you provide your crew members?
We take new crew members on jobs @ no extra cost and train them to be the best. We also have them watch multiple moving videos on YouTube.
