Billy and Jennifer were absolutely fantastic. It was evident from the very beginning of the job that they both were very hard and efficient workers and knew how to get the job done. We had them help us move and assemble several chairs, couches, and desks, and they got the job done very well. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Billy and Darius were amazing!!! They arrived on time, completed the move in the 4 hour time frame, and took extreme care with all of my furniture, particularly my dining room pieces. They were personable, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. They successfully fit all of my furniture (3,300 Square feet home) into one large Pod. This is an awesome team of hardworking men who treat your belongings as if they were their own. Do not hesitate to request them personally. Billy and Darius were fantastic. They were on time, stayed till they were done, packed my items with care, made sure they fit into the PODS and continued working till it was done. I would use them again and recommend them every chance I can.

I really liked the two movers I had, they were very nice. They would of got 5 stars but they did not listen to me when I told them part of my sectional couch had to go over the balcony. Since they did not listen it resulted in a hole in my wall. The good thing is they are offering to pay for the damages. So with all that being said I give them a 4, Not a bad company to help you move. I would use them again.

I cannot begin to explain how great these guys are. Billy & Darius arrived AND finished on time and gave our belongings the care and attention they would give if it was there's. Their efficiency and effectiveness was simply outstanding. We were amazed at how well they protected everything they loaded and how much they were able to get in our truck. They did not simply load, they engineered each piece to maximize the space we had in the truck, measuring and analyzing the optimal 'next piece' to load, based on everything we had to move. They were the consummate professionals. They were courteous and ensured we understood what they were doing and why, each step of the way. HIRE THESE GUYS! They are the best. They were 100 time better than the folks we got on the other end to unload (and that's exponentionally easier/quicker!) Very pleased with them. Moving is hard, these guys made it as easy for us as it could be.

Helpers came on time and finished on time! I was weary but they were excellent. They catered to my demands, assembled, disassembled everything and did a great job. I would use them again quickly.

They were on time and friendly and worked hard. We had 3 guys instead of 4, so me and my husband helped to empty the storage unit. The guy who did most of the packing in the truck didn't protect the wooden tables and head board of our bed that was all damaged. Deep marks in the wood. Also the mattress had dirt and oil or grease on it and has to be cleaned. We were very disappointed and would not use hire A helper again. Do you compensate for damages?

Mover's response:
I do trust the $ we sent you is sufficient to replace any damages that incurred and I do apologize again for your mattress, headboard and tables. Never got any photos of the damage that I asked for btw. That being said , when we first talked , I suggested that you rent a few dozen furniture pads for your trip to N.Y., since we were only loading on our end. When we arrived , you had a few sheets. I gave up 7 of our moving blankets (all we had with us) to protect your belongings. I brought 3 men because of the short walk , 1st floor from storage to truck 20' away. This saved you $. As for you "helping" us , it just blocked a clear path to the truck. I do thank you for saying we were on time and worked hard. God bless you and your husband. It was great meeting the both of you and sharing common interests. Anyone hiring us ; when we talk on the phone, I will ask a lot of questions and give advice on how to make your move as smooth as possible. I really do care. Our overwhelming 5 Star reviews shows this. It is unequivocal that our work ethic is above the standard moving company out there and reviews like this can only make us better @ what we do. What can a customer expect after booking with you?

I will call to discuss your moving needs.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

A call in the morning and an experienced crew to pack/load/unload your belongings.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Since we are paid by the hour anything to make the job go quicker; break down beds, take shelves out of China Hutch, legs off tables, shades/ light bulbs from lamps etc. We have no problem doing all these things though.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have moved clients all over the country, done many office jobs, transported entire household or just a few things.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Meeting new people and seeing the stress leave customers faces after they realize we know what we are doing!

What training do you provide your crew members?

We take new crew members on jobs @ no extra cost and train them to be the best. We also have them watch multiple moving videos on YouTube.
