We asked for help unpacking a uhaul full of stuff we brought from NJ to VA Beach for a move and the two workers we had help us were fantastic. They worked extremely quickly and efficiently, while taking care not to scuff up walls, floors, or anything while moving our things. We were moving onto the 10th floor and needed to use a device elevator so my wife and I were thinking the guys would have a hard time getting everything done in the time we reserved. This was not a problem at all. The guys got everything done with about 30 minutes to spare, which gave us a chance to take them up to the rooftop of our building and take in the sights. I would absolutely em recommend Jon’s Friendly Movers to anyone looking for similar help. They were great!

I cannot say enough about Jon's Friendly Movers. The guys showed up early, ready to work! What I thought would take a few hours (booked 3) took them 45 minutes, and even though I had to pay for 3 hours, I would do it again. These guys hustled and were polite and gracious. Will be definitely be using them when I find my house!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Jon's Friendly Movers provides the customer with clear communication on the date, time and location for the move. We walk you through each step of the move and will recommend an appropriate time expectation, size of truck and number of staff that is needed to facilitate the move. We answer all questions so that the customers feels comfortable.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will arrive on-time , if not early, and in uniform to begin the moving process. Jon's Friendly Movers communicates time expectations, asks for clarity, if needed, and handles the details so you do not have too.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Jon's Friendly Movers provides tips and information in order to help the moving day run smoothly. We think of the things you may not be aware of since friendly moving is what we offer. For example, we recommend the customer keeps a running list of what needs to be done, to obtain any packing supplies if needed, to have your phone charged (the charger may get packed), to leave out some basic cleaning supplies and to be prepared to do one last walk through to make sure nothing gets left behind.
