Reliable Express was FABULOUS! They were professional, arriving on time ready to work. They were courteous, cautious and careful with our belongings while working fast and efficiently with the actual moving. Hard working men who seemed to have endless strength and energy. I would recommend them without ANY reservation. They will be my go-to movers for myself as well as all my friends and relatives. This company was hired 3weeks before my move, they sent me verification emails and also callede that night and verbally verified. Then 2 days before my move, he called and said he was verifingyove for the next day, I told him no it was the day after that. He said oh I must have called the wrong customer, you are right, I'll see you then. The day of the move he didn't show up. I called he wouldn't answer his phone. I called another contact number he gave me. The man on the phone said he was his son. He would call him and see if they are lost. Still no show. I tried calling again but now the son will t answer. No shows. Don't hire these people, they will leave you in the lurch! Mile high mover's came to my rescue, call them!

Although They were 4 hrs late, they called 3 times to let us know when they would arrive. They arrived very prepared & worked very hard to complete packing a 26' truck.they were very respectful & were very careful with all items carried and packed. We definitely want to rehire them within 10 days to pack another 26' truck to move all packaged items from 2 storage units. We will set a new appointment with Hire a helper & will request Reliable Express LLC!

Tamoke and his crew arrived on time and worked very hard. They had to unload about 200 boxes plus a safe and some furniture from a U-Pack trailer into our storage unit in Reno, NV. Usually this wouldn't be too terribly difficult but the storage unit manager had unexpectedly insisted that the U-Pack trailer had to be parked close to a structure which blocked using the "unloading" ramp, saying that blocking the ramp wasn't any concern of hers. Working with our daughter, Tamoke and his crew managed to figure out creative ways to unload the trailer and complete the job in the allotted time under this unexpected constraint. It caused them a lot of extra muscle work, to say the least. But they helped take what could have been a costly disaster for us and turned it into a successful, well-done job. We would definitely use them again.
