On time, pleasant, respectful and efficient . They found a cup with a broken handle and showed it to me immediately. I told them it was broken months ago. They were happy to learn it arrived from the artist already broken.

The movers showed up on time and worked hard on a hot day. One of the movers was quite bossy towards his coworker and the client. They were rough with the furniture. We had plenty of furniture blankets and a couple of our pieces suffered damage due to the lack of their use. The put the pieces directly on a dolly without any protection and this led to scrapes. When they stacked furniture in the Uhaul they also didn’t use the pads so that a metal shelf scraped up a wooden table.

I wouldn’t recommend the group again.

We appreciate your feedback & the opportunity to provide you service. I’ve spoken to both crew members. They both agreed no one was bossy and all of your items were wrapped with blankets before being placed in the truck(simply placing an unwrapped item on a dolly is not enough to scratch or scrape it). Not only did we arrive 30mins early(we called to ensure that was ok), we also stayed an extra two hours(5 total) on the hottest day of the year (as hot as 98 degrees) to ensure job completion. We’ll also add you tipped both crew members 100$ a piece. Not once during or after a 5 hour job did you call us to complain.

They were on tine and communicated with us about their arrival. While they worked hard, they were also very pleasant and showed genuine concern for the things we were putting in storage. Would definitely use them again without checking around for anyone else.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

A client can expect clear communication and the professionalism of champions.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

A crew that shows up on time with energy to work. Our crew members love what we do.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

It’s best if everything is already packed away and to empty any dressers. The drawers in the dressers should be tapped down so they don’t open if not wrapped. Once we arrive sit back and relax.

What types of moves have you handled?

We’ve done all types from local to out of state. From jobs that require one item being moved to jobs that have taking 8hours. We don’t stop until it’s done.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Seeing the smiles we put on people’s’ faces. A lot of our customers are impressed with our packing ability & continuous efforts to stay moving. Nothing better than knowing we made someone life a lot easier & less stressful.

What training do you provide your crew members?

We teach all members our basic packing strategies & moving techniques. Each new member goes on jobs with a certified mover until they themselves become certified mover.
