This review is ignorant. Mam you all were so pleased you tipped both members 40$ each. During the move you guys even pitched in and helped with smaller items. Your truck wasn’t even fully loaded. If you were very disappointed why tip at all? Our members did not drop any items although your husband kept placing things right beside the steps(in our way). In regards to your couch we did have to stand it up & angle it properly for it to fit through the your front door. Our members didn’t insist on going through any door, they simply went through the first available option. It was not wrapped at all by your loaders so yes it’s possible the couch could have scrapped the ground(it should have been wrapped). The move went well not once did you reach out to us to complain. To insinuate we were being careless is truly ignorant on your behalf. Il add, you all had our crew just place things inside with out actually placing the items(meaning you guys still needed to mover thing around after we left). You didn’t need to make any repairs as you failed to report any damage until 4 days later. We take care of anything we’re actually responsible for. You turned in 4 pictures, not one picture included debris from items being scratched against walls or your railings mam nor did you show plain pictures of your railing/walls. Please remove the filth of a review. Your couch being unwrapped, for travel on a “cross country move”, could have easily lead to travel damage as well. To insinuate it was in pristine condition is crazy.

We appreciate the reviews but we’re confused as to how you gave us a 4 star review. We showed up on time and provided an extra crew member for free(which was needed to do all of your request in 2 hours). Your house was completely filled with miscellaneous items leaving no room to walk. We had to ask you “what’s going on the pod” multiple times as you continued to add things as we continued to exceed your expectations. Your pod was loaded perfectly although you provided 0 ratchet straps or rope. We didn’t need or ask for your help when it came to wrapping but like other clients your were eager to share your thoughts with us. After loading your pod you had us walk items, you considered trash, to a vacant home. We did everything you asked and more. There is no reason you shouldn’t have given us a 5 star review. Hopefully we can earn 5 stars next time around. We appreciate all your recommendations.
