This was not a professional experience. One helper showed up but the other one did not. I had to wait on him to pick up another helper. They showed back up five minutes before the cut off window. The owner laughed when she called back to ask if they showed up as if anything was funny at that point. I would not use them again.

The workers showed up between the hours of the quoted time frame. They were very courteous and introduced themselves. They went right to work and tackled the job with energy and completed it well before the two hour alloted time frame. This is not a complaint but for the safety and durability of the workers I would recommend them having the right moving equipment for the job. The equipment would improve efficiency and safety when moving equipment up or down stairs.
Based on the service I received I would highly recommend this company for any moving service.

They got there on time for my same-day request for help.
The two guys didn't stop working until everything was emptied out of the two 16' containers.
I was relieved that it was done. It only took about a quarter hour over the two hours covered in the listed price. I was really glad that it was done and pleased that they got it done in the time they did.
