The star rating is not reflective of the two gentlemen that did the actual labor, in fact those 2 gets a 5 star.
My issue was communication on the day of the move. Silly me, I actually thought they would arrive between the agreed upon time frame. I’m guessing they were sent on a job somewhere else before hand which caused them to be late to my location.
If DMV would have just been honest with me I wouldn’t be so angry. But to ignore my calls and texts is simply unprofessional.
Claiming traffic is the reason is a pathetic excuse for DC. Guess what, there’s always traffic. The prudent thing would be to account for traffic when scheduling your people. I do so on a daily basis driving around the DMV area.
But when it came down to me asking about how to make payments they were lightning quick with a response! Ughhh
