Most efficient and professional moving crew I’ve had. We had some delays driving the uhaul in from out of state, and they were happy to work with our schedule as it evolved throughout the day.

Even though helpers were late, they made up for their lateness with apologies, efficiency, friendly outstanding professional behavior. They effectively attended to task on hand. They were like pilots when plane leaves late and make up time lapse in the air. I highly recommend service.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY! I had two guys show up in my apartment and one of the guys who apparently was the owner had to be on some type of drug. I think cocaine personally because I have never seen someone that out of control. I ended up paying them (I don’t like conflict) and asking them to leave even though half the job was done. They loaded about 75% of my items (which were ruined. My tv stand broke, my tv was laid out the floor and he stepped kn it. My bedroom furniture all scratched up. Boxes dismantled. Plastic containers broken. I was so stressed out of how unprofessional and uncareful the owner was with my items that I rather pay him and ask them to leave then have them complete the service which would have required them to unload into my new apartment. Absolutely not. If this website had the option to upload pics and videos I would. I have videos of the man. Clear as day in drugs! Please don’t hire them. Knowing how coked up this guy is, he probably did all these positives reviews because there ain’t no way in hell this company is 4.8 with over 400 reviews. NO WAY!

If I could go back in time when I was booking this service and book any other moves I would. I called a few days prior to my move and asked if we were all ready to go for my move- a small studio apt - I said I had the dock scheduled at my new apt complex from 2-5pm. They said everything was good. Come day of I text them my ETA. The original quote was 2-3pm but they actually came at 4:45pm. The movers I had were condescending and made light of me being annoyed.
They said "You don't have a lot to move so this won't take us long"...that's only because I moved most of my stuff because I was nervous they weren't going to show up at all.

Movers were late and didn’t use care in moving items, running into thing and cramming through tight spaces. A piece of furniture was completely shattered after falling from the truck during loading. They didn’t use blankets or straps provided. I have no confidence that my items will arrive in good condition.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Key Moverz’ Customers should have boxes taped, drawers in furniture should be taped or removed, elevators should be reserved and finally customer should be prepared to oversee and enjoy the service.
What types of moves have you handled?
Key Moverz have worked with 1000 sq ft office buildings,loft apartments, 4 story houses; while facing obstacles of broken elevators, dissemble furniture, small stairs and pets. Yet, we greet every job with a fresh mindset.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?

What training do you provide your crew members?
Key Crew members practice working as a team, practicing communication skills among each other as they guide furniture from the house. Also crew members are coached on keeping the house as well as the items in great condition whether moving out or moving.
